Convenience Fees:

We offer mobile notary services and can travel to your location. Travel fees may vary depending on the distance and time of day.These fees are in addition to the cost for notarization.

  • Travel fee under 5 miles: $25

  • Travel fee 5 to 15 miles: $35

  • Travel fee 15 to 20 miles :$45

  • Travel over 20 miles: Fees are based on mileage and time, please contact us for a custom quote.

  • After-Hours or Weekend Services (available upon request):additional $15 for appointments between 7 PM - 7AM, weekends, and holidays.

    Additional Notes:

  • Waiting Time: For appointments where there is a wait time of more than 15 minutes , an additional $10 per 15 minutes will apply.

  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations within 1 hour of the Appointment will incur a $20 fee.
