  • You must have access to a stable internet connection, a working camera, and microphone.

  • The laws regarding RON vary by jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to ensure that RON is permitted for your specific document type and jurisdiction.

7. Document Integrity

While we take reasonable steps to ensure the authenticity of the notarized documents, we do not take responsibility for the legality, validity, or enforceability of any document after notarization. It is your responsibility to verify that the notarization meets the legal requirements for the jurisdiction where the document is being submitted.
